Name Change and Fever Dreams

Disclaimer: I have had a fever as high as 103.6 the past couple of days. As I write this it is 102 so please forgive any spelling or rambles.
So as I wandered in and started dusting off the cobwebs of this thing I got to thinking that maybe I should make some changes. So the first thing I changed was the name. I changed the name to A FreezerBeast's Blog because I like the idea of still having a beast mode. Beast mode is very important to everyone, not just athletes. It is that state of mind that says "Screw this, I am going to give my max effort in ______(fill in the blank) and nothing is going to stop me!" For me my beast mode is usually less refined than most.
Hulk photo: Hulk Hulk.jpgHulk photo: hulk hulk.jpgThe thing about it is that when beasts first emerge it is usually less than pretty. A whole lotta growling and smashing. But the good thing about it is that beasts can always evolve and learn if you really work at it.

Beast photo: Beast Beast.gifNo matter how beastly you may be, there is always something that can soothe the savage beast somehow and that is important too. Without that you only end up self-destructing (trust me I know lol).

Be it your job, your faith, your health or all of the above and then some. Whatever it is growl and sharpen the claws and just go for it. Remember that you are worth the fight...whether or not it is health, happiness, financial security, stronger relationships, etc.
So what is the point of this post? Well to be honest it was to pass the time while I sweated out this fever and I wanted to see if my low-tech self could figure out how to put pics in here lol. I am going to be pointing my FreezerBeast at my health, fitness, and writing over the next couple of months so this could become a fitness or a writing blog... who knows? What would you un-cage the beast on? What situation might get the beastly treatment (health, relationship, weight loss, max lifts, etc.)? Let me know in the comments.
